European Airports Hit by Cyberattack: Flight Delays & Cancellations to Continue Into Sunday

A widespread cyberattack has caused chaos across several major European airports, including Brussels, Heathrow, Berlin Brandenburg, and Dublin. The attack targeted Collins Aerospace’s MUSE software, which powers essential services such as check-in, baggage handling, and boarding systems.

Authorities have not yet confirmed the source of the cyberattack, and investigations are ongoing. For now, travelers should expect continued operational challenges at affected airports until full digital systems are restored.
