About the Role

Godrej Interio is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist for its showroom in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have experience in furniture sales, interior products, or the broader retail sector. You’ll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving showroom sales, and promoting Godrej Interio’s premium range of furniture and home interior products.

Key Responsibilities

Engage walk-in customers and identify their needs in furniture and interior design solutions

Demonstrate detailed product knowledge of furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and home décor items

Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

Handle customer queries, billing, and documentation

Coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries and installations

Maintain visual merchandising standards in the showroom

Build lasting relationships with customers and generate repeat business

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline preferred

1-3 years’ experience in retail sales, ideally in furniture or interiors

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Goal-oriented and customer-focused

Basic computer skills (MS Office, billing software)
